The room service was prompt and accurate. I appreciated the minibar being fully stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any request I had .

The hotel's location near the airport was convenient. The major attractions on the Asian side were very accessible. The food on the hotel was good. I liked the variety. Deniz, a server, stood out with her excellent service and clear understanding of my needs.
